Speak Straight
First, organize your thoughts, then say what you mean. Don’t beat around the bush. If you want something, ask for it. Address issues directly with those who are involved or affected. Don’t avoid an uncomfortable conversation when its necessary for team success.
Ownership
Take personal responsibility for making things happen – somehow, someway. Respond to every situation by looking for how we can do it, before explaining why it cant be done if that’s the case. Be resourceful and show initiative. Embrace challenges and take bold action to get things done.
Collaboration
Work as a real team. Collaborate with each other, our customers and our partners to find the best solutions. Don’t argue over who is right. Discuss what is right. Collaboration generates better ideas than individuals working alone.
Practice Problem Solving to Create a Permanent Fix (blamelessly)
Apply your creativity, spirit and enthusiasm to developing solutions, rather than pointing fingers. Own your mistakes and focus on finding a solution. Identify lessons learned and us those lessons to improve ourselves and our processes so that we don’t make the same mistake twice. Learn from every experience.

Align Expectations
Create clarity and avoid misunderstanding by discussing expectations up front. Establish who, what, where, when, why and how for all projects, issues and commitments. Make sure everyone is on the same page. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
