HVLS Fan Services

Here at Hunter Industrial, we strive to ensure our fans provide lasting comfort and peace of mind. Get the most out of your Hunter Industrial fan with our Installation, Inspection, and Cleaning Services.

We coordinate these services for you with our Factory Authorized Installers (FAIs). Hunter FAIs have received extensive training from our engineers and internal experts on the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of our HVLS fans.

Installation

Based on your specific needs, Hunter Industrial has the following installation packages to choose from:

• Platinum Level Installation Package
  • Fan mounting
  • Installation of the variable frequency drive enclosure and HMI controller with cable included
  • Installation of supply power
  • Commissioning, start-up, and training of fan operation to facility personnel (fire suppression system integration separate)
  • Standard scissor lift included
• Gold Level Installation Package
  • Fan mounting
  • Installation of the variable frequency drive enclosure and HMI controller with cable included
  • Commissioning, start-up, and training of fan operation to facility personnel (fire suppression system integration separate)
  • Standard scissor lift included
• Fire Suppression Installation Package (add-on to above packages)
  • Supply and installation of fire relay alarm at VFD if needed
  • Includes protective conduit from fire control panel to ceiling height (where applicable) and free-air installation of fire alarm cable at ceiling height
  • Configuration of fire relay at VFD
  • Work must be completed on-site during Platinum or Gold Level Installations

Inspection & Cleaning

Hunter Industrial fans are designed to last, but in order to provide you with lasting comfort and piece of mind we offer an Annual Inspection and Cleaning package, which includes:

• 1 year labor warranty
• Testing of all fans to ensure they are fully operational
• Inspection and cleaning of all key fan components
• Ensuring all aspects of the fan are secure
• Performing minor repairs (tightening, replacing nuts and bolts, reseating visible cable connections)
• Performing basic troubleshooting of inoperable fans outside of replacing major components
• Providing a full inspection report for each fan

Troubleshooting

Even with the best of intentions, accidents can still happen. Hunter Industrial understands this and is committed to being your partner even after your fan has been installed. This is why we have live technical support and troubleshooting available to our customers Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Central Time.

Factory Authorized Installers

As a Factory Authorized Installer, you want uncomplicated installs and a product designed with you in mind. Having training and support from the manufacturer who cares about your reputation as much as they do their own is also key. You get all of that --and more-- from Hunter Industrial. (This is just straight from the current website, I didn’t see a big reason to change it, but we can absolutely update)
